1. Information We May Process
VideoContentALSoft may process TikTok user identifiers, display name, profile image, access and refresh tokens, user-selected videos and metadata, publishing status, and basic technical logs needed for security and troubleshooting.
2. How We Use Information
Information is used to authenticate users, display connected-account information, process uploads or publishing requests explicitly initiated by users, show status, provide support, and protect service security.
3. Tokens and Credentials
Access and refresh tokens are stored encrypted on the server. Client secrets and private credentials are never intentionally exposed in browser code. VideoContentALSoft does not request the user's TikTok password.
4. Sharing and Sale
Information may be transmitted to TikTok or required service providers only as needed to perform user-requested functions. VideoContentALSoft does not sell personal information.
5. Retention and Security
Information is retained only as reasonably necessary to operate and secure the service. Reasonable technical and administrative safeguards are used, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
6. User Choices and Deletion
Users may disconnect TikTok, revoke authorization through TikTok settings, or request access, correction, or deletion by emailing us with the subject “VideoContentALSoft Data Deletion Request”.
7. Changes
This policy may be updated to reflect changes in the service, law, security practices, or platform requirements.
